Worst Service of mylife

In my life of bad service, this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered a book on the 20th of January online with sla of 3 to 5 working days. Because it was urgent on say 4 I went to their customer services portal and enquired and I was contacted ti provide the order number.

To this day no one has ever said a thing. This is so disappointing 😞 and disrespectful. If you have a choice to use an alternative bookshop please do because you will find your self being treated with so much disrespect.
