WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

WORST SERVIVE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I ordered 2 books two weeks ago. I paid R135 extra to have it delivered 3-5 days. Its been more than 2 weeks, still no books. No follow up emails or any confirmation from Van Schaik. I had to call them numerous times to check where the books are and everytime they give me a date, still no book shows up on those dates. Whats the point of paying extra if your delivery service and getting the books is taking forever. I will never order from Van Schaik again and never advise anyone to order from them. Pathetic service. # I still don't have my books. Very upset
