Worst service ever!

<p>Ordered books online and paid for them more than 2 weeks ago. Sent e-mails to enquire about my order but nobody has bothered to give me feedback YET MY MONEY IS IN THEIR BANK! What is the point of having a service that isn't user friendly? I should have started my module by now and because of this I am delayed. Somebody has to get back to me ASAP. </p>
