Worst Customer Service ever!!!

Worst experience ever, ordered a book and paid the invoice, from the 15 March I have been told that the driver is coming with the book but no book, the Menlyn branch must the worst of them all, I have opted to go collect the book at UJ due to the pure incompetence and non- existence customer service. I heard that the branch is new but rather they just close it. I don't want to go into race issues but those people in that branch including their driver are useless. Next time I want a book I will go to Lexis Nexis.
