Worst Customer Service

If i could give a review of zero i would such pathetic customer service.Placed an order online on the 4th of April it has not arrived still , bare in mind that Level 4 has given approval of deliveries for just over 2 weeks now.Im so frustrated they do not communicate at all I've sent emails and made calls.They take ur details and not follow up,worst experience its difficult studying at the same time homeschooling my daughter.The order placed is meant to make our lives easier i did not order just for fun.Will never recommend nor place an order with them again ever!!!
