Wonderful service

Good service is sadly very rare these days. That is why I was very surprised by the wonderful service I received from Van Schaiks in Potchefstroom and Online. I ordered books online and Ashley Moloisane noticed that I accidentally ordered two of the same items. She sent me an email the next day to clarify. She was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. As a student I don't have money to waste and I was really pleasantly surprised that she picked up on my mistake and took the time to reach out to me. She also provided a quotation for me a few days before that and responded almost immediately and was extremely friendly and helpful! Thanks a million Van Schaiks!
