Very BAD online service

<p>I am currently in Indonesia and need books for my sphycology degree with Unisa. I ordered my books online from Van Shaick Bookstore. The online instant EFT payment was declined, therefore I wrote down the banking details, logged in on my internet banking, added Van Shaick bookstore as a beneficiary and did an instant EFT payment for my books. I waited two days, logged in on their website, it was still showing that i did not pay for my order. I corresponded online with a Van Shaick employee, who said they will check my order, only to come back to me and say the payment was declined. I then explained again that I did a EFT, because on their website my payment did not go through. I E-mailed the proof of payment to Van Schaik bookstore, still nothing was updated. I sent another E-mail explaining again the situation, informing them that I am frustrated and the problem must be rectified. Still no response received and it is still showing as not paid. Seriously! This is pathetic, wish I read HelloPeter before I ordered and paid Van Schaik Bookstore. My order number is 105636.</p>
