Van Schaik's Books - avoid !!

Rather order from another company! I visited a PE shop but your staff member was so unfriendly and rude that I left and ordered online, to my further disappointment. Van Schaik's don't commit to their Delivery policy, so why do you have us pay for door to door courier?! Ordered & paid on 7 Feb, it is still showing "pending". I can't proceed with my studies since I didn't receive my textbooks.
