E-books are now redeemable on a poorly rated app called Snapplify for which Van Schaik provides absolutely no support but refuses to refund you when the books you've paid for cannot be accessed. Their staff are beyond *********** and ***** to cover up their ********** activity. Students should look for other alternatives and break the monopoly this disgusting book seller has on students. They have built an empire with their dismal and retarded service.
