Van Schaik online to be avoided

Had the worst online purchase experience. Last module of my course so i lurchased the book online. They delivered the incorrect book after searching the ISBN number. Now i have to pay to send the book back to receive a refund. 10 days process. Absurd customer service. Pleas refrain from using this platform of theirs
