Van Schaik Online - No Books, No Service

Ordered 2 x Grade 12 books online on 9th January Debited from my account instantly sms with order confirmed received. 21 January - no books, no further communication in any form, and the inability to speak to anyone about it as their National Sharecall number puts you on hold, and then eventually transfers you to an automated voicemail box!! I am beyond disappointed with the "service", but maybe I should have realised this before I made the purchase when I saw there is a button for refunds, but not one for contact customer care... Do not buy from Van Schaik online.
