Van schaik did me dirty. Shame on you

No communication. The order has been pending from the 09/01/2025 till now 21/09/2024. I would never recommend people to buy online from Van Schaik. This is a joke of an online system and a people's time waster. I can't believe I trusted this store that I have used for my entire academic life. Only for them to do me so dirty. No updates or communication at all with the order. I had to call in 4 times only to be told that they can't give me an indication of when I can expect my order. You made my life and child's life a living hell. My child doesn't have textbooks because I trusted you 5 days ETA period. which is a lie. You made me look like an irresponsible parent. Shame on you Van Schaik.
