Van Schaik Bookstore's rude manager.

I am extremely disappointed and furious with the service I received at Van Schaik Bookstore in The Neelsie student center. I accidentally purchased the wrong textbook and, although I understand that refunds may not be part of their store policy, the way I was treated by the manager was absolutely unacceptable.

She was rude, dismissive, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away while I was still speaking to her. This level of disrespect is shocking and unprofessional, especially from someone in a managerial position. While laughing at me saying "WELL THAT'S NOT HOW LIFE WORKS.", asking if I may could get my money back, seeing that I only brought the book less then 2 hours ago???

Van Schaik should be ashamed to have someone like this representing their brand. I will not be supporting this store again and would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. I understand that Store policy is store policy, but to be treated like a dog is not on.

Sort out your staff, Van Schaik.
