Van Schaik bookstore service

I paid for a book and courier on a Monday. The money did not show in their account and by that Friday nothing has been couriered yet. After a phone call on the Thursday and Friday the employees were not able to determine if the money was showing in their bank account. I had to go in to the bookstore on the Friday and purchase the book. It is absolutely and truly pathetic service.
