Van Schaik bookstore online has No customer service.

I am so appalled, no communication. They know nothing about customer care.

I made an order on the 24 of January 2022 (school books) I even paid an extra R141.00 for express door to door delivery to Limpopo province cause my nephew have to use those books at school urgently.

On the 27th after I made an inquiry cause there was no update on my parcel. I received a phone call from rustenburg brunch telling me my parcel is there I should come collect, to which I was shocked on how come it's there whilst I paid for door to door courier which they said they will take it back to online people. There has not been update until I did another enquiry online, to which they sent me track number and said the I put in Rustenburg address as delivery location.

I was so shocked cause I did not select store collection or pargo I selected door to door delivery and I personally punched in my delivery address as well. The same personal address is my default address and billing address. I do not understand how rustenburg be the delivery or pick up point, worse I paid express delivery, who would pay for express to go take by the store????

I called them today only for the lady on the phone to say I was not with you when you selected Ma'am, you'll have to get it there. Imagine such...

She went on to say I'll have to pay for courier again if they are bringing the books saying I'm the one who made that mistake which I didn't. I then said I want my refund, they said I'll have to bring back the books, how do I bring back books I did not even receive, that is uncalled for. In other words they want to take my money, even the money I paid express with at the same time not give me the books.

They are not customer friendly at all, no customer service at all. The amount of disrespect.

I bought those books with my last cent so that my nephew can get books at school. He is now so behind cause he has no books to use.
