Van Schaik Bookstore Hatfield

The van schaik at Hatfield has the worst customer service ever! The attitude is felt by the minute you just enter the store. There is a lady there when you ask her for help and try correcting her, she will tell you that she has 36 years of experience and she knows what she is doing, yet she doesn’t give people a chance to explain what book is it that they exactly want and doesn’t want to be corrected, one even wonders where do I get involved in her years of experience as I am just there to buy my books. I was then helped by another gentleman that works there that told me that the books are out of stock and tried looking on the system if they indeed don’t have the books that I needed. Absolutely terrible service from that lady I am never going back there!
