Van Schaik Bookstore - Extremely disappointed

I regret purchasing a book online from them. I ordered a book online almost 2 months ago, they do not respond to emails and take forever to help you. I did the payment already - had to change my ebook purchase because I needed the physical copy (took two weeks if not more for them to sort that issue) , then I decide to ask for a refund because I needed that book asap (student purposes) which at this point still they made no effort to sort out. I will never purchase a book from them ever again. Extremely disappointed.
