USELESS VAN SCHAIK - WISH I COULD GIVE IT MINUS STARS

I ordered two books on 28 March and paid R135 for the express 3 to 5 day delivery. Phoned this morning to track the delivery and was told that (4 days after placing the order) it has not been shipped yet. It is now Easter Weekend which means I will probably only receive these books next Friday. These *****s are stuck in the 19th century.
