Ticket 155961 - STILL NO DELIVERY AFTER A WHOLE MONTH!!!!
I paid for my book exactly a month ago and have been sending email after email to Van Schaik, to no avail. I have never encountered such incopetent staff anywhere! It is your ONLY job and you cannot even get a book delivered!!!! This will be my last time ever using Van Schaik. HORID SERVICE!!!

27 Feb 2023, 09:23OH, I do not hope Busisiwe Monane is actually earning a salary for what she does. She was half asleep when I called in. The fact that she cannot assist with such a easy query is alarming.
