The staff run the store like a shebeen..Worst service ever.

The worst service ever.The staff is very much negligent.They don't keep customers in the loop regarding out of stock items I mean I ordered in 2024 for 2025 so that when the schools reopens I'm ready on top of that no one bothers to call or send an email for an update.I had so many walk ins and would find the staff all over the show on top of that they not apologetic at all I've never had so much bad service from a group of staff.I guess they took advantage of me or what I don't know.But I'm not happy at all.They need to learn from other competitors and take notes.They very unprofessional the approach body language they treat the store like some kind of a shebeen.After I sent an email about my complaint soon after that I received a call from one of the staff telling me I entered a competition of which I never left any slip in the box she was talking she then asked for my email address soon after that another email came thought stating that my query has been resolved so they called just to merge the email with the call.
