The shop closing before the time

Hello Peter<br> <br> I am here to complain about Van schaick book store from Nelspruit, Promanade centre, I got there at 4 mins before 5 because i normally knock off at 5. Today i asked to leave abit early so I go buy my unisa books. When i got there the had already closed the door, showed them the time and lady that cleans told me that they are closed and that they have already cashed up at 4 minutes to 5. i showed her the time and she showed me the watch on the wall and it said it 5:10pm. That time was wrong they all looked at me and ignored me. I wanted to call the manager but there was no number that i can call to complain. I am not impressed with the service. I dont normally complain but this is getting out of hand to ignore.<br> <br> I hope i can be able to be assisted in this matter. i went on their website i could also find where i can lay a complain.<br> <br> regards<br> Thandi
