The extra mile in service delivery

I just had to write this review. Last week I went to Van Schaiks in Hatfield to look for a book that's quite difficult to find anywhere else. I was helped by Lebo,(I might be swopping names between the two branches) and this guy was supper helpful. He found a copy at their branch at the University. As I'm not a student he phoned them and organized with Tshepo to meet me at the gate of the University to get the only copy available in the country. I walked to the gate and didn't even wait for 2 minutes before Tshepo arrived with the book.

Absolutely stunning customer service. They were both very friendly and I really take my hat off to both of them.
