Textbook states CD incl. False advertising

On 13/02/16 I went to the Parow branch to purchase a textbook of which they were out of stock hence I was referred to the Van Schaik Tygerberg student center and I purchased Title: The principles and practice of nursing and health care. On 15/02/16 I contacted the above mentioned branch to inquire about a cd that was suppose to be at the back of the textbook as stated on the third page inside the textbook and at back of the hardcover of the book which to my disappointment the cd was not there. After numerous calls to the Tygerberg store on 15/02/16 my calls went to an answering machine leaving messages without any correspondence to my calls. On 16/02/16 I called the Head Office to inquire about the course material cd that is advertised within the book and a lady informed me that she's unable to help me I need to contact the branch I purchased from hence I stressed the fact that I live in Somerset West and I called numerous times without any correspondence. I gave the lady the title of the textbook and she rep**** that they don't stock that book of which I had to go onto there web page to get her the ISBN number. *********** staff and false advertising on a full price textbook!
