TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!

Worst online service ever. I ordered from Van Schaik Bookstore online on the 18th of February and I am still waiting for my parcel. The estimated delivery was 3 - 5 working days and I am still waiting. When I call them they give me the tracking number as if I ordered from internet express whereas I am THEIR customer. Never again! I can't even cancel the order, they say I have to receive the order and then return it....WORST! WORST! WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE!!!!
