Terrible Service

Extremely disappointed with the level of service. I purchased 3 headphones to be delivered to my home on Saturday, 25th July 2020. Today, I called only to find out that there was a "error". Had i not called, my delivery would not have been processed. I paid for the 3-5 delivery days plan. Had i not called in, my order would not have been processed as the company was not even aware of this. This is TERRIBLE and DISAPPOINTING service and is unacceptable.
