Terrible customer service

<p>Customer service is pathetic. Usually deal with Takealot or Mindmatters but due to textbook shortage was forced to deal with this bookstore. Call centre never ever follows up with you. They will never even bother to track your order as you are given a tracking number to track it yourself. Shocking experience. 100% better customer service from the bookstores mentioned above. </p>
