Still waiting for my books 2 weeks later

I ordered books from Van Schaik Bookstore on the 22nd Jan and till today I have not received anything nor communication wrt this. When following up, one of their agents promised to call back then dropped the line - they never called back obviously. The next told me the books are with Internet Explorer who is also as bad when it comes to their call centre but eventually the 3rd person told me that Van Schaik Bookstore gave them the wrong contact number which is why they haven't been able to deliver the books. What a mess!
