Shocking Service

This book store has shocking service! No feedback on deliveries, no deliveries for that matter, you pay for express service 3 days pass and no delivery, you have to call them, they then promise it will be despatched that day, 3 days have passed and it still hasn't been despatched. I will never purchase books from Van Schaik ever again.
