Shocking poor service

I have run out of patience, I have ordered a book online 31 January 2023 till this date I have never received any communication .I sent an email since their online service number its not working. I called Pretoria Church street brunch , the book was supposed to be delivered to their store . First I was told online its offline, after few days , I called again they hang up the call while they told me to hold on. The service its poor from online to the brunch. Its exactly 20 days waiting for an order .I cant get hold of anyone who can assist .Order number 216711
