"****ty Service"

Worst experience ever - I placed an order online for books received an email that I would be contacted within two days. Yeah right!!!!!! I was the one to make contact with them after which they issued me with a provisional invoice. Noticed that they did not include one of the books had to call them again.........like really where is the customer service. When they sent the invoice could they not have mentioned this minor detail then. How flipping difficult is that? I did an EFT and mailed proof of payment as I needed the books urgently. On the email I included my "Delivery" details which was my "Home Address". I ordered about 5 books one book was sent to my "Office address" once again I had to call them, the first caller informed me that is was a "Mistake" and that the rest of the books would be with me by close of business that day. This did not happen I called them the next day and gave them the reference that they mailed me they could not find anything on this reference as they switched one of the numbers. Once again they promised to have the outstanding books sent to me this they did however it was only one "Flipping" book again. Called the office again was given another 'Bull ****" story I asked to be transferred to the MD's office I was directed to a "Supervisor" instead because the manager wasn't in. The "Supervisor" gave me the undertaking that I would have all the books by Friday. I mailed the supervisor at about 12.30 on Friday to let them know that I had not received the books, at this stage I thought they would really do something in order to get the books to me. But no I was just dealing with a bunch of "*********** people". I sent them a mail as I had enough of the "****ty service" and cancelled my order as I had now had to source the books from another book store urgently.

It took me less than "Flipping" 15 minutes to get the books !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked for my money to be refunded as I am now out of pocket and was told we only do "Refunds on a Friday what the "Hell".

Why should I be the one to suffer because of someone's "Incompetence"
