Service Delivery

<p>Online book orders are clearly an issue for van Schaik Book Stores. We are a school, and so have signed a service levelagreement with them to supply our learners with books, online. The problem is that the books that have been ordered, in most cases in January already, still have not been deliverd. Exams have started, educators still dont have the teachers guides... If this is the only way to get through to them, we will have to.</p>
