Selling books online, listing as though there's stock. Inturn no stock no helpful customer support to follow up abd get answers

Van Schaik is selling us out of stock merchandise and deceiving us to secure online purchases thinking they have stock. Then Busisiwe Monane from their support centre, has the worst service in assisting to just get a mere confirmation of delivery date..its been weeks. I think she has a generic response that she keeps sending to me with no other relevant response I send ' Hi

I have not heard back from you and would like to know if there is perhaps anything else we can assist you with?
