Ordered textbooks for my kids as we recently relocated and they are doing online school. Company got hacked however there was no way to get a hold of them to get updates on their progress since shipping had come to a halt. The level of inefficiency was appalling to say the least. And to add insult to injury, the original quote did not include the courier fee. So after wasting international airtime trying to find out about my parcle, they casually informed me that my package has been ready for over a week and all I needed to do is pay the courier fee of over R1000 and expect my parcle after 14 WORKING DAYS. My kids are 2 months behind school despite having ordered the books ahead of time. I don't even want to get the 2 outstanding books I purchased despite being out of stock. Just going to cancel my order
