Returned Item, No Refund — Frustrating and Disappointing

I purchased an electronic item on Van Schaik Bookstore in September 2025. When I received the item, it was defective. I returned the item to Van Schaik but since then I have not received any communication from Van Schaik since then and they have not refunded. Please advise on how to get my money back. This is extremely disappointing and poor service.
