Refund not processed for 3years after submitting banking details on time.

Good day

Bookstore has not processed my refund from 2016.CEO today communicated that because they do not have evidence their decision is final meaning they will not settle their debt.

I am disheartened as I have no way to prove without their cooperation to refer on previous email,hence I did not take the books.

When I referenced to the employees who assisted in that day,it was mentioned that they no longer with them.

Please assist me in resolving this matter amicably by getting my money back.
