Refund not paid

I purchased a book online on the 10th of September 2017. I was advised by Vivian Mackay who copied Ashley Moloisane on the email that the book I ordered was out of stock. I requested a refund and was advised by Vivian that my refund was processed and that I should wait 5 to 7 business day to reflect on my account. Today is the last day of the 7 so called "business days". I sent an email last night requesting a follow up on my money but no I haven't yet received any response.

I am really angry and frustrated as I need the money to purchase the book elsewhere. I am writing exams in the next two weeks and I need the textbook URGENTLY.

Please assist in getting my money.
