Red tape and empty promises

On the 07/04/2018 a bulk payment was made to the store, over numerous follow ups and faxing of documents, no response was received purely empty promises. Today the payment was confirmed Reference Number: 21820, by Mukondeleli. What is sad is that exams start on Tuesday, costs incurred from the running around. A simple request to have the items delivered today due to the bad service and allocation of the funds was like swearing at a person. One simply asked for urgency to be assisted and was given red tape and accountability was not taken by the book store. Now one is left with egg on the face and wait for their red tape to take place.
