poorest service

i sent my cousin who is studying at university of venda, they told her that the book is not available, she must pay so that they can order it,she did, and they told her it will be delivered within 7 day, she went to enquire on 20 march, the book was not there, then they called her on monday ater the 20th telling her they have sent an order, they will update her, she have me the invoice which has contact information from pretoria (231 pretorious street pretoria GP 001) contact details ***, i called, they checked on my order using the order number, and found it on their system, then latter, the univen brancha calls my cousin saying that i shouldnt enquire because i did not buy the bok, she should be the one enquiring, is till havent received the book even today, the semester is almost over and it wont be useful for me anymore, the university of venda branch landline isnt working, the lady who works there called me and said i must use her numbers to enquire, she is not taking my calls since last week, even today 8 April, she is not answering my calls and blueticks me on whatsapp. so iwouldnt recommend buying from them
