Poor Service from Vain Schaik Bookstore in Braamfontein

The worst service that i have ever received, last weekend i was sold an incorrect book and when i take it back they are telling me that the book is no longer new and they wont take it....worst part is i gave them a list of books that i need and they could clearly see the name of the book and they insisted that the book they gave me is the correct one and only to find that its incorrect and now when i return it they wont accept it. Now i have to suffer financially because of their incompetence. I am very disappointed.
