Poor service from the staff

I have been to Van Scahik book shop in Church STreet in Pretoria, looking for Understanding Macro Econoimics 2nd edition text book, I have been there for more than 5times. Today I was there and I was told books thatr are there clients requested to be orderd for them from other branches, and I was not advised for that, and the department of Employemnt and Labour has paid for this book, and my assignemnts are due,. I am so disgusted with their service very pathetic, not professional . Am still waiting for the book that was paid on the 14th of February.
