POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I ordered and paid for the schoolbooks for my children on the 3 Jnauary 2023. I am still awaiting updates on delivery. Van Schaiks email addresses and online messages are rejected. I have not received any updates from them as to when delivery may be expected.
