Poor service!!!!

I ordered a texbook on 28 May 2021 (and paid immediately). I also chose the express option as i need the book urgently. Today I called customer care because I still have not received my book when it said on my order confirmation that it would take 3 to 5 work days to get my package. The they tell be it is not even at the courier company yet!!! This is really poor service! What is the use of paying the express fee then?
