Poor service.

Ordered school textbooks on 27th December 2022, received them today 17th January 2023... No feedback until a formal complaint was made, no tracking number until they were pushed... The courier company "Internet Express" was terrible and driver arrogant & confrontational on WhatsApp, the only way he communicated.
