Poor customer service

My busary paid in funds to Van Schaik bookstore on 21 February 2023 after emailing them the proof of payment what must appear on the invoice and delivery address I received no feedback. I had to follow up on an order and call and email them numerous times I only received a payment reference in this week. I'm so disappointed in their service as I have no textbooks and assignments are due. I will never purchase from them ever again!!!!
