Pathetic Service Delivery by Van Schaik Bookstore
I would like to express my sincere frustration and disappointment regarding the incompetence of Van Schaik Bookstore in Pretoria Church Branch or the entire system of Van Schaik Bookstore Head Office. On the 13th March 2018, my employer (National Treasury) paid for my text book that was long ordered with Van Schaik Bookstore, Church Branch, Code: G025, the invoice stated that the payment action date was going to be on 16th March 2018, which is last week Friday. On the 16th March when I enquired with Van Schaik Bookstore, I was told to check the following day but checked on Monday, 19th March and was told that the payment has not cleared. Well I understood and checked with them the following day, Tuesday, 20th March 2018, and still was sent back. To date the 23rd March 2018, 7 (seven) days after my employer has paid for my book, I am still being send from pillar to post. What frustrates me more is that I have an assignment to submit on 31st March 2018 but this Van Schaik Bookstore seem to be stifling if not sabotaging the development of a black child. I want to request Cecile Kotze ((021) ********** ) to expedite the processing of my book as I cannot wait any longer. This unprofessional conduct is totally unacceptable and should be condemned with all costs. The Source Doc Number/Ref of my textbook payment is 89401 and the purchase price is R988.95. This is totally intolerable and should be rectified with immediate effect.
