Pathetic Seervice

I ordered a book for my son with Van Schaik 11 days ago(Order 214981) and its yet to be delivered. First they told me id get it in 2 days, then when you call its in transit and they dont respond to emails. Ill never use them again and wouldnt recommend anyone to do so. My son needs it for school and when you call they give you attitude.
