PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE! STILL AWAITING ORDER!

<p>I placed an order for three books online on 2 May 2017. The website clearly states that delivery will take 3 days. It is now THREE WEEKS LATER and I have yet to receive my order. </p> <p> </p> <p>1. Why advertise items that are not in stock?</p> <p>2. Why charge a delivery fee if the items are not delivered in time?</p> <p>3. This is peak season for orders - EXAM SEASON - do you not make allowances for this?</p> <p>4.
