order not processed

<p>On the 12th of january I ordered 4 books from van schaik online shop and subsequently also did a payment via direct deposit. I am amazed that even today the status of the order still says awaiting payment. I sent emails enquiring but has not gotten any response. I called the 08600 number and the person who answered told to call later in the day to check on the status of the order.</p> <p>I am really disappointed in van schaik, I really thought they would redeem themselves from the blunder they did at my childs school.</p> <p> </p>
