ORDER NOT DELIVERED

I placed an order on the 22/12/2024 , delivery policy states 3 - 5 business days. I did not recieve any communication regarding any challenges and delays until i called on the 06/01/2025 only to be told that the 1 book is out of stock and they have requested it form another branch and that they will update me via e-mail. I calked again 08/01/2025 only to be told the same story again, that the book has been requested from another branch. i asked for turnaround times as the schools are opening in a week, i could not get a clear answer. I extremely disappointed in this poor service. i will never buy from Van Schaik again
