Unsatisfactory system. Ordered textbooks a week ago and made my payment promptly. I was then told the my books would arrive in 3 working days. A week later I'm in urgent need of the books and yet; not only have the books not arrived. But emails have not been responded to and when I try to call in the phone rings and rings with no answer.

Thank you for your feedback.
Unfortunately when you pay by EFT it takes longer to reflect than with a credit card and we can only process the order once payment has been confirmed. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, shipping happens 3 days of order payment which is today.
You will be sent a tracking number to monitor the progress of the parcel.
